Removing barriers to user-research
Kudos to Askable who seem to have cracked good service-design for user research platforms.
In the past I've found qualitative research platforms to be a bit fragmented in quality and limited in scope. Askable seem to have addressed this. Which is awesome in removing the barriers to user-centred-design.
Here's why I'm impressed:
Full-service - they've got you covered whether you just need recruitment, or want them to handle the entire research project.
A robust product/platform - they have a huge vetted global panel, infinitely customisable screeners, elegant handling of incentives.
Slick experience-design - they've created one, joined-up, clean, consistent user-experience.
Amazing support - from a research-proficient support team who can take care of things (and got me out a recruitment tight-corner, last minute!)
Muchos Kudos.
Which services have you used where you've felt "finally, this lot have cracked this service-design"?
